We ensure a seamless journey, from the time you land in Cancun, all the way to Tulum. Our team will be renting vehicles and coordinating rides so you can find your way around easily. If you would like to coordinate your own transportation, please let us know.

How much are tickets?You are responsible for the round-trip cost of your flights to Cancun, besides that we got you covered. Tickets are $3,000, which are all-inclusive, covering: Networking w/ Top Real Estate Media Agency Owners & Consultants 2 Days Business Workshops and Activities 3 Nights of Accommodation 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners, Snack, and Drinks* 1 VIP Dinner Experience Entertainment (2 activities such as: Exploring the Cenotes, ATVs & bike riding, etc.) Local Transportation (Cancun and Tulum) *you will just be responsible to getting there - flights to Cancun We are providing special pricing to our existing ACRE Partner community and Tonomo members. Where should I stay?We've got you covered for 3 nights, from Thursday through Saturday (check out Sunday morning). This is an all-inclusive trip. You will have your own room with a full/queen sized bed and bathroom w/ balcony, and access to all the common areas & amenities. If you would like to extend your trip or set up your own accommodations, we recommend booking via Airbnb or searching hotels. Let us know if you need any support or additional info.

Is there a virtual option?This is an in-person only event. Our goal is for you to be able to network and make lasting connections. However, while we do not plan to host a live stream of the event(s), we will be capturing content, recording podcasts & etc. So stay tuned, as we may have valuable content to share in the aftermath of the event. When should I plan to arrive?Plan on landing early Thursday 11/16, ideally before 4pm. We will be shuttling you from the Cancun Airport to the venue/hotel in Tulum, which is around a two hour drive. Please communicate your arrival times, and one of our drivers will coordinate transpo with you. We have a dinner and reception on Thursday night. The event officially starts on Friday 11/17 at 9AM with a networking and 'Meet the Partners'. Our first workshop will begin at 10AM. See you there! If you would like to extend your trip before or after the dates for a little extra 'work-cation', a few of our partners are planning to as well. Please let us know details, and we'll see you in Tulum!
